I create immersive healing experiences through frequency. Blending sound healing, voice, and somatic embodiment practices, I guide you into states where your nervous system can regulate, recalibrate, and expand past survival. Each session is an energetic composition - of stillness, and intentional resonance - to support your body in releasing limitations. Rooted in the understanding that everything is frequency, I work with sound as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious, allowing shifts to occur beyond the thinking mind. Through this process, we begin to dissolve limiting patterns, restore energetic coherence, and open space for a more aligned expression of self to emerge. My approach is both intuitive and informed - drawing from psychology, epigenetics, and somatic awareness.  My background in Psychology recognizes the significance of both the conscious and subconscious minds and the role that they play in our healing process. Each session with me promotes concordance of the two, helping you restructure limiting beliefs and unhelpful life patterns. The intention is to create access to the internal energy source within you through a myriad of modalities, resulting in long term abundance and well-being
